Clinical Nurse Manager - North London

• This role would be well-suited for candidates with at least 2-3 years' practice experience post registration and minimum one-year previous line manager experience.

Purovets have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join a Senior Leadership team at a well-established 24-hour small animal hospital in a charming neighbourhood North London that combines the best of both worlds-a peaceful and green residential area with easy access to the vibrancy of central London. It is a sought-after location for those looking for a tranquil yet well-connected place to live in the capital.

The hospital is exceptionally well equipped with consulting rooms, operating theatre, hospital wards, full laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, and an intensive care unit. It is also an accredited dog friendly clinic via Dogs Trust and the British Veterinary Behaviour Association, along with ISFM gold Cat Friendly Status and supports out of hours for many first opinion practices in the North London area ensuring an interesting and varied caseload.

You're about to become part of a dynamic team brimming with expertise and specialised talents, backed by a tight-knit crew of nurses, aspiring student nurses, and diligent patient care assistants. There is also a dedicated night team.

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, your role is to advocate for veterinary nursing, instil a culture of continuous improvement and clinical excellence, and ensure efficient patient care from a nursing perspective. You will be a key player in the business, providing strategic leadership to the nursing team and support staff. Your role extends to contributing to the practice's overall clinical, operational, and financial success and encouraging the nurse team to pursue their passions and career development within the nursing framework.

Candidates should have at least 2-3 years practice experience post registration and minimum one-year previous line manager experience. Clinical Coach experience would be an advantage.
