The Opportunity
A leading veterinary practice in Rotherham is seeking a Deputy Head Nurse to join their growing and dedicated clinical team. This role is ideal for an experienced RVN who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support high clinical standards and continuous improvement.
Working alongside a passionate team, the Deputy Head Nurse will play a key part in the operational and clinical efficiency of the practice. Responsibilities include clinical coaching, supporting the Head Nurse, and contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
What You’ll Need
- Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) status
- Confident working independently and in sole charge
- A team player with strong communication skills
- An interest in Schedule 3 procedures (preferred)
- Willingness to take on or develop clinical coaching responsibilities
