About the Role
An exciting position has become available for a motivated and experienced Lead Veterinary Nurse to guide and inspire a small nursing team. This role combines clinical nursing with leadership responsibilities, offering the chance to make a real impact within the practice.
The team currently includes another RVN and an SVN, with plans to expand further to include a VCA. You'll have the opportunity to shape this team, ensuring tasks are completed safely, competently, and efficiently. Collaboration is a key focus, with regular meetings between team leaders to ensure a smooth and unified working environment.
As Lead Nurse, you'll play a pivotal role in recruitment, mentoring, and team development, alongside performing a wide range of clinical nursing duties. Adequate time will be allocated for management responsibilities, enabling you to focus on building a strong and cohesive team.

Working Hours
• Saturday: 1 in 3 (09:00-13:30)
• Flexibility to accommodate alternative schedules where needed.
• All working hours, including lunch breaks, are fully paid, with a strong emphasis on protected break times.
