The Package:
• Excellent salary from £33,000 to £40,000 DOE

This role offers the chance to become part of a purpose-built, state-of-the-art practice, home to a 6-Vet team with a strong culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development. Two of the vets are currently undertaking postgraduate certificates, and the practice actively encourages further learning at all levels.
The Role:
As Head Nurse, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting a positive working environment. You’ll lead by example in delivering outstanding clinical care, support the development of RVNs, student nurses and VCAs, and ensure high standards are upheld across the board. Your ability to lead with clarity, inspire confidence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement will be essential.
