Working Pattern
- Full-time permanent position
- 4-day working week (9-hour shifts)
- 1 in 4 weekend rota
- Participation in duty night rota
- Average 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, mentor and support a team of RVNs, student nurses and support staff
- Encourage continuous professional development across the team
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
- Support recruitment, training and performance management where required
Clinical & Operational Duties
- Maintain high standards of clinical nursing care across all areas
- Support the day-to-day running of the practice
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and best practice standards
- Work closely with the veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
Training & Development
- Support and guide student veterinary nurses and junior team members
- Drive clinical standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participate in leadership training and development opportunities
