Head Veterinary Nurse required at a Brand New Clinic - North of Dublin, Ireland

About The Role

  • Head Veterinary Nurse - minimum 3 years' experience as a RVN
  • Salary €35-42k annually
  • Dynamic and flexible role
  • Supportive and brilliant team
  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
  • Weekend closed

Do you have an interest as being part of the development and maintenance of a progressive, NEW clinic? This role will give you the opportunity to join an experienced team working for a well-established corporate in Lusk, north of Dublin. The job includes conducting primary responsibilities as a veterinary nurse in accordance with the corporates & Veterinary Council of Irelands' standards and values, contributing to the highest quality animal care, excellent staff relationships & customer service. In addition, carry out secondary responsibility duties, to assist in the efficient running of the veterinary clinic as part of the leadership team with the Lead Vet, Clinic Manager, and Regional Director.

The facilities includes; An in-house laboratory, Digital x-ray, Full operating theatre, Separate dog and cat wards with pheromone diffusers and soft luxurious bedding all to provide exceptional veterinary care.

Desirable Criteria:
• Previous experience with endoscopy/ laparoscopy/ dentistry as well of course
• Further qualification specific to VN training
• Previous experience of small animal veterinary practice
• Head Nurse/managerial experience
• Previous experience in endoscopy, laparoscopy and dentistry
