Head Veterinary Nurse - New Malden

Our fantastic client is preparing to undertake a thrilling renovation and expansion of the practice within the next nine months. They are currently in the planning stages and seeking a skilled Head Nurse to guide the nursing team and ensure a seamless transition into this invigorating new chapter of the business.

This is a full-time role that offers a flexible weekend/evening rota, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. They provide a competitive salary ranging from £40,000, dependent on experience.

As the Head Nurse, you will be supporting and working alongside the current team of 4 vets (one with a certificate in small animal medicine) and 4 nurses, in addition to their outstanding practice manager and front-of-house team. The team will continue to grow as they recruit for the expansion. They handle a variety of cases, not only cats, dogs, and rabbits but also exotic animals, with one of their vets specializing in exotic animal medicine.
