Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity in a thriving practice with a supportive team and plenty of room for growth and development? If so, keep reading! Our client is seeking a Lead Nurse to join their team in Shepherd's Bush and would love to hear from you.

They are looking for an RVN with at least two years of post-qualification experience to work closely with the clinical team to develop and grow this busy practice. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who is highly organised and confident working autonomously in a small but dynamic environment.

As a Lead Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high clinical standards, ensuring patients receive the best care from a nursing perspective, and supporting the ongoing growth of the practice. You will oversee and organise the daily patient flow, ensuring an effective and efficient approach to the workload. Part of the role will involve identifying ways to improve the efficiency of the patient journey, from admission to discharge, while maintaining compliance with practice and group policies to provide outstanding care for patients and clients.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 42 hour week
