Part-Time OOH Veterinary Nurse - St Helens
• Exciting part-time opportunity in a busy, RCVS accredited first opinion and referral hospital, working 1 Friday every 3 weeks with the option for additional holiday cover shifts.
• Diverse and dynamic caseload, including in-patient care, emergency triage, OOH calls, theatre assistance, and infection control, allowing you to fully utilise and develop your nursing skills.

Are you an experienced and passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse looking for a part-time role in a busy, RCVS accredited first opinion and referral hospital? This is a fantastic opportunity to work 1 Friday every 3 weeks, with the option to pick up additional holiday cover shifts if desired!
This role is perfect for a dedicated and skilled RVN who thrives in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional in-patient care, assisting in theatre, handling OOH calls, triaging patients, and ensuring the highest standards of infection control. You'll be joining a large, supportive team of vets, RVNs, ACAs, and diploma/certificate holding RVNs, all working together to provide outstanding veterinary care.
The hospital serves as the main hub for a network of 9 surrounding branches, offering a varied caseload that includes first opinion and referral cases. With a dedicated OOH team, you'll be fully supported in delivering emergency care to a wide range of patients, helping to make a real difference in their lives.
