They are on the lookout for an exceptional Practice Manager to join their newly established team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage daily operations to ensure the clinic functions smoothly and efficiently.
•Schedule appointments, staff shifts, and clinic events with accuracy.
•Deliver exceptional client service and build strong relationships with pet owners.
•Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.
•Promote a positive workplace culture and support employee development.
•Address employee relations, conduct performance reviews, and resolve conflicts.
•Monitor clinic finances to ensure economic stability.
•Liaise with external accountants and financial advisors as necessary.
•Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and regulatory compliance.
•Implement and manage health and safety protocols for staff, clients, and animals.
•Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
•Market clinic services through innovative strategies and community engagement.
•Manage social media accounts and create compelling content to attract clients.
•Tackle challenges creatively to maintain clinic success.
•Handle unexpected situations with poise and positivity.

Our client is looking for someone with a robust background in leadership, with a proven track record in operational management and achieving financial targets. Proficient in IT, HR, and H&S, with knowledge in engagement drivers, conflict resolution, and complaint handling. You will possess strong financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management. Complemented by excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and effective time management, and strong interpersonal abilities.
