A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a part-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join a warm and caring community practice in Cardiff. This role is perfect for someone looking to provide exceptional care in a supportive, friendly environment!
You will assist with surgeries and procedures, conduct nurse-led appointments, and perform schedule 3 activities, playing a vital role in patient monitoring, admissions, and discharges. Key responsibilities include dispensing medications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating team briefings to deliver exceptional service. Collaborating with a dedicated team of vets, nurses, and receptionists, you'll engage in both surgical and medical nursing, as well as nurse consultations.
As an RCVS-registered nurse, you will be expected to deliver excellent patient and client care, effectively collaborate within the team, and use your coaching and influencing skills to support colleagues. If you're not already a clinical coach, you'll have the chance to either mentor student nurses or work towards this qualification, further enhancing your career.
