The practice is equipped with cutting-edge equipment, including X-ray and dental X-ray machines, ultrasounds, ECG, and in-house lab facilities. As an RCVS accredited practice, they adhere to the highest standards of veterinary care.
Responsibilities:
As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to animals. Your responsibilities will include assisting with surgeries, conducting nursing consultations, administering medications, and providing post-operative care. You will work closely with a dedicated team of veterinary surgeons, RVNs, and support staff to ensure the well-being of the animals.
Working Hours:
• Full Time role - Part time applications will also be considered
• Flexible working patterns
• 35 hour week - between the hours of 9am and 5pm with usual shifts being Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday with the option to have these swap monthly or periodically
• Weekend and bank holiday cover required and some OOH for emergency cases
• A share of the on-call rota is required which averages about five nights a month, paid as overtime
