What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering gold-standard patient care in a supportive, team-led environment

  • Running and developing nurse consults, building strong client relationships

  • Monitoring general anaesthetics and assisting in surgical and non-surgical procedures

  • Maintaining first-class clinical standards, protocols, and accurate record keeping

  • Supporting infection control and ensuring clinic spaces are kept pristine

  • Educating owners to empower them in their pets’ health journey

  • Collaborating with vets, nurses, and the wider team to provide seamless, joyful care

What We’re Looking For

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with a passion for clinical excellence

  • Confident in GA monitoring, surgical support, and nurse consults

  • Strong communication skills and a real team-player mentality

  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently when needed

  • Familiarity with practice management systems an advantage

  • Above all, someone excited to embrace change and help us reinvent the veterinary experience
