We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join a team at a 24-hour emergency hospital located in the vibrant market town of Bury. Recently ranked as the 8th area in the UK with the happiest families in Greater Manchester, this bustling town offers an excellent environment for both personal and professional growth.

Our client is in the process of expanding their dedicated team and is actively seeking an enthusiastic individual to come on board. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Veterinary Nurse, and while previous experience in emergency hospitals is desirable, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.

With a legacy dating back to the 1980s, our client has been delivering expert animal care and serving the local pet community. The hospital is fully equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including X-ray, a fully-equipped operating theatre, an in-house laboratory, and much more.

As a valuable addition to their outstanding veterinary team, you will work alongside numerous Vets with interests in ultrasonography, internal medicine, and orthopaedic surgery. The collaborative environment also includes a supportive nursing team, CCA's, and a welcoming group of receptionists.

Our client is seeking an experienced Veterinary Nurse to fill this vital role. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in animal care, demonstrating the ability to provide compassionate and knowledgeable care to patients. Responsibilities include administering medical treatments, medications, monitoring vital signs, and educating clients on pet care. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are crucial for success in this role.

The Role:
•Full Time role 37.5 hours per week
•1:6 weekends with the following Monday and Friday off in lieu
•No OOH
