Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team? Our client is currently seeking a full time permanent Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their independently owned, small animal practice based in Shropshire.
Their friendly and personal service to clients and patients, coupled with their great facilities including digital x-ray, ultrasound, laser, and hydrotherapy, has earned them a great reputation locally.
As a Full Time permanent RVN you will play an integral part of the practice. Your role will include organising the theatre list, running busy nurse clinics, and intensive nursing of hospital patients. You will perform all post-operative checks, 2nd vaccinations, as well as the usual clip claws, weight checks, and supporting the reception team when needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for anaesthesia, inpatient care, radiography, laboratory work, and admissions/discharges.
The successful candidate will be joining a lovely, hardworking team. You need to have a genuine compassion for animal welfare and be able to work accurately and independently. Your input and ideas will be greatly encouraged! The practice is currently undergoing renovations to provide extra rooms due to their continuing growth.

The Role:
• Full Time or Part time role ( hours and days open to discuss)
• Monday - Friday: 7 hours per day on a variable rota
• Paid overtime and no OOH's or On Call
• 1:4 Saturday mornings (8.30am - 12pm)
• No on call
