An esteemed veterinary practice just outside of Cambridge is looking for a full-time Clinical Nursing Manager to join their dynamic team. This role offers a great mix of nursing duties, including managing complex medical and surgical cases, consulting with clients, assisting with anaesthesia, and performing Schedule 3 procedures. You'll be a key part of the patient journey from start to finish, ensuring they get the best possible care.
Alongside the hands-on clinical work, you'll have dedicated time to develop your team and play a part in the senior leadership of the practice. This position is ideal for someone with line management experience who enjoys a busy environment and is ready to take on a new challenge.
