Veterinary Surgeon - West London
• This role would suit a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for consulting and a desire to contribute to a busy hospital environment, with optional involvement in imaging and in-patient care.
• Salary up to £70,000 per annum and a generous benefits package
• 4-day week, 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends

Our client is looking for a consult only Veterinary Surgeon to play a crucial role within their hospital, you will help to drive a busy 1st and 2nd opinion hospital caseload. There is also the opportunity for some imaging and in-patient care for those interested.
This is a lovely, modern, and well-equipped 24-hour hospital which is situated in a prestigious district in West London, renowned for its elegant homes, upscale shopping, and cultural landmarks. The area exudes a blend of historic charm and modern luxury, making it one of London's most desirable areas to live and visit.
The clinic is equipped with complex ultrasound, laparoscopic stack system, endoscope, full in-house lab, separate dog and cat wards, isolation are and two operating theatres.
You will become part of a thriving team, where you will join a group of 10 skilled veterinary surgeons who offer round-the-clock care. The team consists of both day and night vets, with some of the team actively pursuing certificates. Their areas of expertise span a wide range, encompassing ultrasonography, small animal medicine, orthopaedics, BOAS surgery, and more. Supporting the veterinary team is a dedicated nursing team, led by a Head Nurse and Deputy Nurse, along with Veterinary Nurses and a client care team.
Our client is looking for a Veterinary Surgeon registered with the RCVS, boasting 5-10 years or more of experience along with a certificate. Beyond clinical expertise, you will have a passion about consulting and front of house care be customer focused, prioritising customer satisfaction with empathetic and clear communication skills. A team player at heart, you thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with your immediate team as well as wider colleagues to deliver outstanding veterinary care.
