Our client is a feline-only practice nestled in a vibrant neighbourhood in South East London, offering a unique opportunity for a Deputy Head Nurse to join their outstanding team. Joining a team of passionate and dedicated professionals, you will have the opportunity to work alongside front-of-house staff, nurses, and vets who rely on each other, working cohesively to deliver the highest levels of care and service. Your responsibilities will include monitoring anaesthesia confidently using state-of-the-art equipment, performing surgeries, assisting with surgeries, and delivering critical care nursing to intensive patients. Your previous experience in a senior role, which included stock management, equipment maintenance, nurse meetings, reviews, rotas, and team leadership, will be advantageous, but rest assured that full training will be provided for this role.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 8-9 hour shifts
• Rolling rota of 5 days per week, with a week spent on each shift of inpatient care/ nurse consultations, anaesthesia and surgery (including ophthalmology referral), inpatient care and surgical recoveries
• 1:4 weekends with TOIL
