Deputy Head Veterinary Nurse - Belgravia

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Head Registered Veterinary Nurse at a thriving practice in South West London. This role is perfect for a compassionate and skilled RVN looking to step into a leadership position, working alongside certificate-holding Vets, a fantastic team of RVNs, highly trained VCAs, and a fully committed customer care team, allowing you to focus entirely on utilising your hard-earned clinical skills.
As Deputy Head RVN, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the floor, liaising with the senior management team to plan and improve strategies for performance. You will lead the development of the RVN and VCA teams, manage rotas, and most importantly, foster a positive and collaborative team environment that supports excellence in patient care.
This role offers a varied and exciting caseload, providing opportunities to engage deeply in cases across surgery, wards, anaesthesia, or intensive care-whatever your passion may be. You'll be fully supported in developing your areas of interest and will have a significant role in delivering compassionate care and handling emergency situations with confidence.
