For the right individual, this is more than just a job – it's a chance to take your leadership career to the next level in a practice that values independence, excellence, and heart.
This practice has recently undergone an impressive expansion and refurbishment, now boasting seven spacious consult rooms, a dedicated dental suite, a fully equipped in-house laboratory, and the latest in digital x-ray and monitoring technology – including multi-parameter monitors, blood pressure machines, and digital dental radiography. With separate cat and dog waiting areas and individual wards for cats, dogs, and isolation cases, the environment has been thoughtfully designed with both patient comfort and clinical excellence in mind.
This is an exceptional chance to lead a talented and friendly team of 24 nurses alongside 11 dedicated small animal vets, working hand-in-hand with the Small Animal Partners, Department Manager, and Practice Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the nursing caseload, driving clinical standards, and supporting the continued growth and development of this forward thinking practice.
You will need to be confident in your leadership abilities, organised, and able to make sound clinical and operational decisions in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Your passion for delivering outstanding care – both to patients and their owners – will be matched by your drive to nurture and empower your nursing team.
