The practice itself boasts a spacious and modern environment, having recently undergone refurbishment. It is fully equipped with cutting-edge facilities, including digital x-rays, an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, two operating theatres, and dedicated wards for cats, dogs, and isolated cases.
As Head Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to patients and exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include supporting surgical and medical procedures, performing nurse-led appointments and Schedule 3 activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of pre- and post-procedure care. Beyond your clinical duties, you will lead by example, using your coaching and influencing skills to foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.
To excel in this role, you must be RCVS-registered, with proven experience in delivering high-quality patient and client care. Confidence in conducting nurse consultations and a strong understanding of how these contribute to practice efficiency and performance are essential. Leadership skills and a passion for nurturing the professional development of colleagues are also highly valued.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 40 hour week
• 1:6 full weekends or 1:3 Saturdays
• No OOH
