Are you a dedicated and dynamic Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to take the lead in a modern, beautifully refurbished practice in West London? Recently upgraded to an impressive standard, the practice offers two consult rooms, a nurse consult room, a spacious prep area, a dedicated imaging room, a refurbished theatre, and state-of-the-art equipment, including new ultrasound, dental, and radiography machines. With a large waiting area and a comfortable staff room, it's a space designed for both efficiency and comfort, creating an excellent environment to work and lead.
As the Head Registered Veterinary Nurse, you'll take the helm of a skilled and enthusiastic nursing team, providing clinical leadership and inspiring excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading nurse-led clinics and consultations, supporting surgeries and procedures, and managing pre- and post-procedure care. You'll confidently deliver patient monitoring and care, manage admissions and discharges, oversee patient transfers, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Beyond the clinical responsibilities, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the team's culture by coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practices to drive professional growth. Using your experience in leadership and influence, you'll inspire your team to deliver exceptional patient and client care.
