Our client, a well-established RCVS accredited small animal practice, is located in the highly desirable city of Norwich. They are searching for a confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join their proudly independent practice. This role could be the advancement you've been seeking, offering the chance to lead and nurture a friendly, close-knit team. You will have autonomy in your role, organising vet meetings and clinical audits, with administrative support provided by your Practice Manager. The practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer care to their loyal local clients. You will have a mix of operations and consultation days, with the flexibility to choose your schedule.

The practice is situated in a charming market town close to the North Norfolk coasts and a short drive from Norwich City.
Established in 1990, the practice has built an excellent local reputation and a loyal client base. It is well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including an In-house laboratory, X-ray, Ultrasound, Dentistry, a fully-equipped operating theatre, and more.
This role will allow you to maintain your clinical skills while developing your leadership and business management abilities. Experience in promoting and developing colleagues, along with a good understanding of practice financial stability and growth, would be advantageous. A comprehensive suite of training is available, and you will be supported by an experienced Senior Practice Director.

The Rota:
• Full time role - up to 40 hour week
• 1:3 Saturday mornings
• No OOH
