The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a friendly, well-equipped small animal practice in Lincoln.
This role offers the chance to shape clinical standards, mentor colleagues, and drive continuous improvement within a supportive team environment. As a key member of the management team, the successful candidate will combine strong clinical expertise with a passion for delivering gold-standard, evidence-based care.

What They’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be:
• A MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical expertise
• Comfortable in a leadership role, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a clinical team
• Passionate about delivering gold standard, evidence-based veterinary care
• A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with colleagues and clients
• Committed to continuous learning, service improvement, and clinical excellence
Previous leadership experience is advantageous, although experienced Veterinary Surgeons looking to take the next step into a Head Vet position are encouraged to apply.

The Rota
