The hospital is modern and well-equipped with the latest technology, including separate dog and cat kennelling facilities, in-house radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, piped gases, and extensive orthopaedic equipment. You will join an experienced and dedicated veterinary team with varied clinical interests, providing you access to a wide pool of knowledge and expertise for discussing cases and treatment plans.

As Team Leader, you will support the Head Nurse through the leadership of part of the nursing team, delivering efficient, professional, and caring services to the local community. You will line manage up to ten Veterinary Nurses/Veterinary Care Assistants who support in theatre, provide inpatient care, and carry out consults. You will encourage financial contributions from clients and maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital and equipment. Additionally, you will deputise for the Head Nurse during periods of absence and help embed Pet Wellbeing services within the hospital, creating a culture of prevention through education and preventive services.
