Are you an experienced RVN ready to take the next step your career? An exceptional opportunity awaits you in picturesque Fife! Our client is a BSAVA approved and RCVS accredited small animal hospital looking for a motivated RVN to join their growing nursing team.

As a Lead Nurse in Theatre / Prep, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of patient care and safety. Your responsibilities will include ensuring meticulous completion of surgical, recovery, and anaesthetic checklists, performing regular audits to uphold quality, and collaborating with the Clinical Nurse Manager to implement improvements.

You will also have the opportunity to maintain nursing competency in various areas of the practice, including wards, theatre, radiography, nurse consults, and lab.

The hospital boasts an array of cutting-edge facilities, including digital and dental x-ray, state-of-the-art ultrasound machines, endoscopy equipment, two theatres, and six consultation rooms. Our client is an ophthalmology referral practice and conducts their own orthopaedic surgeries.

The Role:
• Full Time role - 40 hour week
• 1:4 Saturday mornings
• No OOH or on call
