Our client, a well-established veterinary practice in Shepherd's Bush, West London, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team as a Lead Veterinary Nurse. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who is eager to advance their career and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality veterinary care.

Located in the heart of Shepherd's Bush, West London, our client's practice has been serving the community since the 1930s. With a rich history and a loyal client base, the practice has earned prestigious Gold status from the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic.

The Lead Nurse role is key to our client's ability to provide a high level of clinical standards ensuring that patients are managed as effectively as possible from a nursing perspective to support further growth of the practice.

Working enthusiastically with the Head Vet, you will demonstrate an excellent work protocol in all nursing duties while taking overall responsibility for a specific area of the practice.

This Lead Veterinary Nurse position is instrumental in maintaining the practice's high clinical standards and supporting its continued growth. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated clinical team, make a meaningful impact on patient care, and further your career in a thriving veterinary environment.

The successful candidate will need to be a Registered Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience. You need to have excellent communication skills and strong organisational capabilities, with the ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy practice.
