Lead Veterinary Surgeon - Dublin, Ireland

About The Role
• Lead Veterinary Surgeon - minimum 3 years experience
• Small Animals
• Salary €50-70k - can be negotiated for the right candidate
• Monday to Friday 9am - 7pm
• Saturdays 9am-5pm

As their new lead vet, you'll be answering directly to the Regional Director and business partners and play a key role in the development and sustainability of the practice. You'll oversee clinical and operational responsibilities, supported by the line management and medical team you're leading. It's a truly exciting role for someone who's looking for a chance to have influence and be a part of the continuous development of the practice.

Desirable Criteria:
• Further qualification in leadership, finance or clinical training
• Experience leading a team
• Coaching and/or leadership experience
