Our client's practice is fully RCVS accredited and has been recognised with multiple awards, including Gold and Silver status from the ISFM Cat Friendly Clinic and a Bronze Award from the Investors in Environment. Each site within the group operates independently, providing a varied caseload and a unique working environment.
The practice is well-equipped with state-of-the-art technology including Digital X-ray, quality Ultrasound, Dental equipment and X-ray, an In house laboratory, dedicated operating theatres, and much more.
The team is composed of passionate and skilled professionals, including certificate holders in ophthalmology, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and emergency critical care. The group is also supported by an experienced nursing team and an outstanding client care team, ensuring the highest standards of care for their patients.
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will take on a predominantly clinical role, with responsibilities that include both operating and consulting. There is flexibility for those who have a particular interest in consulting to focus on this aspect. Beyond your clinical duties, you will be responsible for leading and managing the veterinary team, providing mentorship, overseeing rota management, and contributing to business planning to drive continued success.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hour week over 4/5 days
• 1:4 Saturdays 8:30am - 2pm
• 1:15 Sundays 8am - 7pm (paid extra)
• Part time applications will be welcomed
