Our client, a well-established independent mixed veterinary practice nestled in the stunning Hertfordshire countryside, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their supportive and dynamic team.
This practice is deeply committed to providing compassionate, top-tier care to a diverse range of patients, including farm animals, equines, smallholders, and a small selection of small animals. The variety of clients ensures no two days are the same, with opportunities to work with everything from large-scale beef farms to London city farms, from show ponies to happy hackers, and from game birds to working dogs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mixed practice and confidence in working with all species. The current workload breakdown is approximately 55% farm, 40% equine, and 5% small animal cases. The Rota:
• Full time role - 4.5 day week
• 1 weeknight on call and 1:4 weekends on call
