Night Veterinary Surgeon - West Sussex
• This role would suit a passionate, experienced out-of-hours Veterinary Surgeon
• Salary up to £72,000 DEO and lots of additional benefits

• 3 on 7 off, 4 on 7 off (7 on 14 off could also be considered)

Our client is a proudly independent growing small animal hospital who are expanding their team and are looking for a passionate, experienced out-of-hours Veterinary Surgeon to join them. The hospital is situated a historic city in West Sussex, which offers a captivating blend of culture, heritage, and picturesque surroundings, making it a desirable destination for residents and visitors alike.
You will be joining an experienced team and most of the out-of-hours vets and nurses hold additional ECC qualifications and have years of experience working in this field. Being a 24/7 hospital means they can deliver continuous care to inpatients with collaborating team members in the day team. The hospitals Night Vets work with an experienced RVN all night, plus have the support of a second RVN on a twilight shift until 2am.
The hospital is fully equipped with radiography, laboratory, ultrasound, and multiple consultation rooms. Along with a cat only ward', spacious, air-conditioned kennels and isolation ward.
Our client is looking for an experienced ECC Vet, you will be supported by the nursing team and have the backup of a day team as they offer care 24/7.
The hospital is situated in West Sussex in a historic city brimming with charm and character. The city's bustling streets are lined with quaint shops, cafes, and restaurants, perfect for leisurely strolls and indulging in local cuisine. With its blend of history, culture, and stunning landscapes, the area offers a unique and enchanting experience.
The Rota:
• 3 on 7 off, 4 on 7 off (7 on 14 off could also be considered)
• Shift times: 7:00pm - 8:00am
• There are no day weekend shifts, the shifts are on a rolling basis and nights only.
