Veterinary Nurse - Middlesbrough
• Exciting time to join: Join this growing practice – currently investing in a full refurbishment and new equipment, this practice is looking for another Veterinary Nurse to join their team!
• Friendly and Welcoming team: Experienced team of 3 Vets, 5 nurses (working to schedule 3) and 2 student nurses, fully supported with 4 CCA’s.

Excited to be undergoing a full refurbishment, which includes the addition of a dedicated nurse consulting room, a state-of-the-art dental X-ray suite, and a brand-new reception area designed with both clients and team comfort in mind, a modern colleague room to provide staff with a relaxing and functional space to unwind and recharge. It's an exciting time to join us as they grow and invest in both facilities and the team!
The practice is well established, flourishing with a wide variety of interesting medical and surgical cases. You will be joining an established team including 3 Vets, 5 Nurses, 2 student nurses fully supported by 4 Client Care Advisors.
Based in Middlesbrough, with excellent transport links and the diversity of having both the facilities of a vibrant city as well as rural life, the North York Moors and beaches on the doorstep.
By joining us you will have the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential, admitting patients, monitoring anaesthetics, recovering, and discharging patients. Assistance from ANAs and an SVN with turning around theatre, patient prep.
They aim to achieve ultimate job satisfaction from carrying out in-depth nursing clinics, anaesthesia, radiology, laboratory work to schedule three procedures. Ideally you will have experience in all the above.
The role:
Part time: 3 days per week, ideally Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays but open to flexibility
No requirement for OOH
1 in 3 Saturdays 8.30am-1.30pm with time off in lieu
