A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse at a prestigious hospital in Leeds! If you are passionate about all aspects of veterinary nursing, possess strong Nursing skills, and have a desire to provide exceptional care, then this opportunity is perfect for you.
As a Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in both clinical and administrative responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating the efficient and effective management of the nursing and PCA team, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care to a diverse caseload.
Our client is seeking an experienced RVN with a proven track record in leadership and general practice nursing. You will have the chance to focus your expertise on developing nursing protocols and procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards of care for patients.
At this bustling 24/7 Tier 3 Hospital, you will be part of a dedicated and supportive team. Their state-of-the-art facilities include a full imaging suite, multiple ultrasound scanners, on-site CT, and visiting MRI. With 4 theatres, a dental suite with X-ray, and advanced endoscopy capabilities, they provide comprehensive care to all patients. Their excellent in-patient facilities, separate dog/cat/exotic wards, ICU, and on-site lab with a dedicated technician further enhances their ability to deliver exceptional veterinary care.
To succeed in this role, you will need to go above and beyond for patients and colleagues alike. As a qualified RVN with a minimum of 12 months' post-qualification experience, you will be proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable. Your ability to work effectively within a team, use initiative, and stay self-motivated will set you apart. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a flexible approach to work are also essential qualities.
