Nestled in the heart of mid Devon's stunning countryside, this independent mixed practice offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Small Animal & Equine Veterinary Surgeon. The practice boasts excellent small animal facilities, including laparoscopic capabilities, a full range of videoscopes, dental radiography, and ultrasound. They also collaborate with visiting orthopaedic and ophthalmology services and have two onsite physiotherapists with an underwater treadmill. The purpose-built, fully equipped clinic ensures you have the tools and resources needed to deliver exceptional care, and standard 15-minute appointments allow you to build strong and lasting client relationships.
The role is predominantly small animal, with the potential for equine work if that aligns with your interests. Covering their own out-of-hours service ensures continuity of care for clients and their pets, allowing you to develop and maintain vital emergency skills. A dedicated night nursing team provides excellent inpatient care, so you can rest assured your patients are in the best hands.
