The Opportunity
The 30 year established practice is looking to expand the nursing department, as the practice grows they need a nurse who can match the ambitions, That could be you! Forward an application today.
The clinic is fully equipped with modern facilities, including a range of services they offer echocardiography, endoscopy, ultrasonography, surgery, cancer treatment, radiography, diagnostic imaging. This truly does provide the opportunity to expand your skillset.
Role Responsibilities
Provide strong clinical leadership to the nursing team.
Consistently deliver excellent care to clients and their pets.
Assist with surgeries and procedures, ensuring all pre- and post-operative care is delivered to a high standard.
Manage and promote nurse-led consultations and procedures in line with Schedule 3 responsibilities.
Oversee patient monitoring and care throughout the day.
Manage patient admissions and discharges as directed by the veterinary team.
Coordinate patient transfers for out-of-hours or specialised care when needed.

Your Skills and Experience
Registered with the RCVS as a Veterinary Nurse.
Demonstrable experience in delivering high standards of patient and client care.
Confidence in supporting clinical surgery
Experience in promoting nurse clinics and nurse-led consultations.
