Are you ready to take your veterinary career to the next level? Our client is looking for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon with confidence in ultrasonography to join their team. This well-established, RCVS-accredited practice is located in a thriving town just 38 minutes from London, offering the perfect blend of urban convenience and countryside charm.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled team, working alongside Certificate Holders in a well-equipped regional practice. With access to digital and dental X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography, ECG, and multiparameter anaesthetic monitoring, you’ll have all the tools necessary to deliver exceptional care. A full in-house laboratory, including a microscope, haematology, biochemistry, and iSTAT analysers, ensures rapid diagnostics, while all out-of-hours care is managed by their sister 24-hour hospital, where you’ll also have access to CT.

The role offers a fantastic work-life balance, with a 40-hour week over four days, plus 1:3 Saturdays covering two practices. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical skills within a supportive environment that prioritises high standards of care. The practice prides itself on its exceptional team, where vets and nurses work together to achieve gold-standard outcomes in a friendly and collaborative atmosphere. Their impressive NPS score of nearly 90% reflects the positive experience they provide to both clients and colleagues alike.

Located in the Garden of England, this vibrant town offers a contemporary feel while retaining a strong sense of community. It’s a popular choice for families and commuters, with excellent transport links making it easy to enjoy both countryside and city life.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a team environment and demonstrates strong clinical leadership. Experience in supporting nurse consults and Schedule 3 procedures is essential, as well as an understanding of how these contribute to the clinic’s performance and efficiency.

If you’re looking for a rewarding role in a progressive practice where your skills will be valued and developed, we’d love to hear from you. Get in touch today to find out more.
