An exciting opportunity awaits an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established and modern small animal practice in County Kildare. Renowned for its commitment to clinical excellence and compassionate care, this busy first opinion hospital has built a loyal client base and is proud of its reputation within the community.
Home to a long standing team of experienced professionals—including certificate holding vets, skilled veterinary nurses, and dedicated support staff—this practice offers a truly collaborative and positive environment. With state-of-the-art equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab capabilities, you’ll have the tools you need to deliver high quality veterinary care while continually developing your skills.
In this full-time, permanent role, you’ll take on a varied caseload encompassing consultations, medical case work ups, soft tissue surgery, and dentistry. The position is ideal for a confident junior veterinarian eager to thrive in a busy, team focused setting. You’ll be encouraged to work cases up thoroughly, communicate effectively with clients, and contribute to the exceptional standard of care that defines this practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility. You’ll need to be confident in managing routine cases independently and capable of handling sole charge on Saturdays, including emergency triage if needed. A supportive Graduate Academy and ongoing professional development resources are provided to help you reach your full potential.
This role comes with a flexible schedule, comprehensive benefits, and a welcoming, growth oriented culture that puts both people and pets at the heart of everything it does.
