Veterinary Surgeon – Worcestershire
Salary: £40,000 - £70,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits

The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of an independent, family-run small animal practice in Worcestershire, where the team is committed to providing high-quality patient care while creating a genuinely supportive working environment.
You’ll be joining an experienced and collaborative team who are passionate about supporting one another, sharing knowledge and helping each other develop. The practice offers a varied caseload and encourages its vets to develop their own areas of clinical interest.
The practice has modern, purpose-built facilities and excellent equipment, allowing the team to provide a high standard of clinical care.
The practice also offers flexibility around part-time hours and is happy to discuss alternative working patterns for the right candidate.
What They're Looking For
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Ideally around 2 years' veterinary experience or more
• Passion for delivering outstanding patient and client care
• Confident with routine consultations and surgical procedures
• A positive team player with excellent communication skills
• A compassionate approach to patients, clients and fellow team members
• Good time management and confidence managing 15-minute consultations
• Keen to continue developing professionally within a supportive environment
The Rota
The practice understands the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance and offers a 4-day working week, consisting of two 9am–7pm days and two 9am–5pm days.
There is also a 1:4 share of Saturday morning consultations from 9am–12:30pm.
There are no routine OOH requirements with this role, although there is the option to join the OOH rota if emergency work is something you are interested in.
Part-time applications are also welcomed, with the practice happy to discuss alternative working patterns to suit the right candidate.
