Are you a Consult Only Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Purovets has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS-accredited practice in East Sussex.

Our client is located in a lovely seaside town with a beautiful seafront that sweeps around the bay. The town is well-connected with efficient transport links to London, Brighton, and other major towns, which is advantageous for commuters. The town also offers a range of local amenities, including independent shops, cafes, and restaurants that add to the convenience of living there.

You will be joining a tight-knit team of 13, consisting of vets, nurses, support staff, and leadership. The team handles a varied surgical caseload daily, ensuring no two days are the same. The practice has a very collaborative approach with a lot of case discussion and skill sharing between colleagues. Regular team meetings and governance meetings encourage everyone to bring ideas for improving ways of working.

The modern and spacious practice is well-equipped, offering the latest in technology including Digital X-ray, Dentistry, an In-house laboratory, Ultrasound, a fully-equipped operating theatre, and separate cat, dog, and isolation wards.

You will also receive a generous CPD allowance, allowing you to develop your skills and qualifications to suit your interests while being supported by the practice. Additionally, our client is pleased to offer visa sponsorship for eligible candidates who wish to join their team and must be eligible to register with RCVS.

The Rota:
• Full Time Role - offer flexible work arrangements, including full-time, part-time, and flexi-hours, term time, school hours so that you can achieve the perfect work-life balance
• 1:5 Saturday rota
• No OOH or on-call
• No Bank Holidays or Sundays

The Benefits:
• Fantastic salary - up to £83,400 DOE (pro-rata)
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus 1 additional day every year, up to 5 years
