The practice is home to a close-knit team of 3 vets, 3 nurses, and 2 receptionists, working collaboratively to deliver comprehensive care for a wide range of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, and small mammals. They are proud of their friendly and supportive environment and are looking for a vet who shares their ethos of affordable and compassionate pet healthcare. If you have an interest in orthopaedics, it would be particularly welcomed as it complements the skills of the existing team.
The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities, including spacious walk-in kennels for dogs of all sizes, cozy and separate cat kennels, a dedicated theatre and preparation room, and a separate imaging room complete with X-ray and ultrasound equipment. The Rota:
• Full time role - 4.5 days per week
• 1:2 Saturday mornings (9:30am - 1pm)
• 1:4 weekends until 9pm, with TOIL
• 2 nights a week on-call until 11pm; usually very quiet and finishing earlier
• All rotas flexible
The Benefits:
• Excellent salary up to £55,000 DOE
• 5 weeks holiday plus Bank Holidays
