A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join our client in Nottinghamshire, working across three RCVS accredited practices in the area. This role offers a varied caseload on a daily basis, providing a stimulating and rewarding environment.
Our client has been providing expert animal care in Nottinghamshire for many years and has built an excellent reputation. They are seeking a full-time Veterinary Surgeon to join their team on a permanent basis. Part-time applications are also welcome, and they are open to flexibility to accommodate your needs.
The main practice, recently refurbished and looking exceptional, is located in the town centre close to all amenities and only 1.5 miles from Nottingham city centre. The other two practices are consult-only. State-of-the-art facilities include ultrasound, digital X-ray, ECG, and an in-house laboratory. You will also have access to both an MRI and CT scanner.
The team currently consists of four vets, including one pursuing a certificate in medicine. The support team comprises three nurses, a student nurse, three patient care assistants, and two client care assistants. The team is led by an experienced head nurse with a certificate in animal behaviour and accreditation as a kennel club trainer.
In this role, you will deliver exceptional clinical care to your patients during consultations and procedures, ensuring professional excellence and adherence to the highest standards of regulatory, practice, and operational compliance.
The ideal candidate will be RCVS registered and have experience in delivering exceptional care to both patients and clients. You will need to demonstrate clinical leadership skills and work effectively as part of a team.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 40 hours over a 4 day week
• 1:3 half weekends
