A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join an independent small animal practice based in the beautiful county of Norfolk. With a stunning coastline, fantastic wildlife, miles of glorious beaches, beautiful rolling countryside and picturesque market towns and villages this is an ideal location for those who love the great outdoors.
Our client has been established in the area for over 45 years and has built up a loyal client base, providing excellent veterinary care. They are looking for a veterinary surgeon to join their warm and friendly team on a full time basis although part time applications will also be considered. Our client believes in a healthy work/life balance so a flexible working pattern will be considered.
The practice is RCVS accredited and is fully equipped with all the usual facilities including an in-house laboratory, digital x-ray, Storz endoscope, dentals, ECG, ultrasonography, blood pressure monitoring, radiography, large kennels for giant breeds and much more.
You will be supported by an excellent team of 4 RVN's, 1 SVN, 2 auxiliaries and 2 wonderful receptionists. You will even have your own theatre nurse to assist you during the surgical day and make sure the nursing team have your patients prepped by the time you need to start ops. There is also accommodation in a separate annex for up to 6 months to get you settled and on your feet if you need and visa sponsorship is also available.
Role:
- Salary up to £70,000 DOE
- 4 or 5 days a week, 40 hours per week
- 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 8:30am 12.30pm
- No OOHs
- Part-time / flexible working options available
