Are you a confident Veterinary Surgeon looking for a new role in an esteemed practice? Our exceptional client are searching for an RCVS-accredited Vet to join their friendly team in Bedfordshire.
Strong experience in supporting Schedule 3 procedures and conducting nurse consultations is desirable for this role. They are looking for someone with strong clinical leadership skills who excels in team collaboration, helping to provide exceptional care. They would also like to you to be confident working in sole charge and competent in clinical examinations and surgeries.
The practice is located close to local amenities as well as public transport routes and major roads, making it easily commutable from surrounding areas. Surrounded by picturesque countryside, Biggleswade offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and exploring nature reserves. The area is also well-connected with excellent transport links, including a mainline train station that offers regular services to London and Cambridge.
Within your role, your duties will include; maintaining high standards of compliance, provide exceptional care, create accurate treatment plans, mentor and develop your team, manage clinical handovers, and arrange necessary patient transfers all whilst actively sharing and supporting best practices.
