We have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, RCVS accredited group of practices located in the vibrant market town of Solihull.

Boasting a plethora of amenities including bars, restaurants, cafes, and extensive green spaces covering nearly 70% of the borough, it offers an outstanding environment for both work and leisure.

Established in 1932, our client has been a cornerstone of the community, operating as a Primary Care, multi-site practice dedicated to the care of small animals and pets. As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will report to the Head Vet and collaborate with a team of experienced professionals across all the practices. You will work alongside 15 Vets, 25 Registered Veterinary Nurses/Student Veterinary Nurses, and Patient Care Assistants. Our client fosters a culture of continuous learning and development, with four of their Vets currently pursuing certificates in specialised areas such as surgery, AVP, and exotics. Furthermore, their experienced veterinary surgeons provide extensive support across various disciplines, including a substantial exotics caseload.

The hospital is equipped to handle a diverse range of procedures, from routine neutering to complex exploratory laparotomies. With a 24-hour facility, they ensure exceptional patient care and continuity of cases, supported by an in-house lab offering a wide array of diagnostic tests, including cortisol, bile acids, blood gases, ionized calcium, in-house culture, and sensitive testing.
