Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a dynamic and supportive team in a modern, well-equipped practice? This Essex-based clinic is seeking a dedicated vet to become part of a fantastic team. The practice features state-of-the-art facilities, including X-ray, ultrasound, an IDEXX in-house lab, and a fully paperless system synced with all IDEXX equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.

Strong communication skills with clients are essential, as building lasting relationships and delivering excellent service is at the heart of what they do. They were established in January 2024 with a bold plan to expand and obtain hospital status, and as this will require rapid expansion of the clinical staff and the creation of senior roles, there are clear career progression opportunities for you within this developing and ambitious independent practice.
The full-time rota is 4 days a week from 9am - 7pm, but they are more than happy to be flexible and are open to part-time applications as well. The current weekend rota is 1 in 2 Saturday mornings from 9am - 1pm, and they have a limited OOHs rota on which they can be incredibly flexible and are happy to discuss flexible options with you before starting. You will receive time off in lieu for every weekend or OOH shift you work!

You will initially work alongside an experienced full-time vet, regular locums, and a strong nursing team of 2 RVNs and 2 SVNs, but there are clear plans to rapidly expand the clinical team in the near future. The Rota:
