Our client, a well-established RCVS accredited small animal hospital in Liverpool, is looking for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their compassionate and skilled team on a full-time basis.
Situated in Liverpool, a city renowned for its rich cultural history, lively nightlife, and warm community, the hospital is equipped with advanced facilities, including a CT scanner, ultrasound, endoscopy, X-ray, ECG, in-house laboratory, and an orthopaedic theatre. The practice also provides dedicated cat waiting areas and separate operating theatres, ensuring a low-stress experience for feline patients. As a member of this dedicated team, you will work alongside veterinary professionals who hold certificates in Advanced Pet Practices and Surgery. You will also be supported by an experienced nursing team and a dedicated night team, ensuring comprehensive patient care around the clock.
They are seeking a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with experience in small animal practice. You should be confident in clinical examinations and surgical procedures, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Your role will involve supporting nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures, contributing to the clinic's overall performance and efficiency. To be considered for this role, you must be RCVS registered with substantial experience in small animal practice. Experience supporting nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures is essential, as is a dedication to delivering high standards of patient and client care.

The Rota:
• Full time role - 39 hour week
• 4 day week
• Weekend rota: 1:3 Saturdays or 1:6 Saturday and Sundays
