Here at Purovets, we are thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, proudly independent practice in the charming coastal town of Scarborough, North Yorkshire.
Our client has been a cornerstone of expert animal care in Scarborough and the surrounding areas for many years, providing services for a variety of pets, including dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, and some birds and small animals. The practice offers a comprehensive range of services, such as emergency care, neutering, ultrasound, vaccinations, and X-rays.
They are seeking a passionate and driven Veterinary Surgeon to join their fantastic team. While the ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience, they are also open to supporting a recent graduate who shares their enthusiasm for delivering outstanding care. The role involves working four days per week, with shifts from either 8 am to 5 pm or 9 am to 6 pm, alongside a share of 1 in 5 Saturday mornings. There are no out-of-hours responsibilities, ensuring an excellent work-life balance.
