The Role
This position offers excellent clinical variety, including both medical and surgical cases. You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while tailoring treatment plans to suit individual client circumstances.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a diverse caseload of small animal patients
- Performing routine and more complex surgical procedures
- Providing clear, compassionate communication to clients
- Working collaboratively with the wider clinical team
- Contributing to ongoing service development and clinical standards

About You
We’re looking for a confident and adaptable Veterinary Surgeon who thrives in a dynamic environment.
You will:
- Be a qualified Veterinary Surgeon (RCVS registered or eligible)
- Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making skills
- Be comfortable balancing gold-standard care with practical solutions
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoy working as part of a supportive, team-focused environment

You’ll be based in a purpose-built, modern facility equipped with:
- Separate dog and cat wards
- Digital radiography, ultrasound and endoscopy
- Piped gases and advanced surgical equipment

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of £49,000 – £63,000 (dependent on experience)
