An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established RCVS-accredited small animal practice in Rugby, Warwickshire.
This full-time Veterinary Surgeon role is ideal for an MRCVS-qualified Vet who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and building strong client relationships within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The successful candidate will be accountable for patient care within the clinic, ensuring the highest standards of veterinary care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence are consistently maintained.
The Role
The Veterinary Surgeon will play a key role within the practice team, delivering outstanding patient and client care through consultations, diagnostics, and surgical procedures.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Delivering exceptional clinical care to patients during consultations and surgical procedures
- Developing tailored treatment plans in partnership with clients
- Maintaining the highest standards of regulatory, clinical, and operational compliance
- Working collaboratively within a supportive veterinary team
- Providing excellent client communication and continuity of care
- Contributing to a positive team culture focused on patient wellbeing and clinical excellence
About the Practice
This RCVS-accredited small animal practice is located in the popular market town of Rugby, Warwickshire. The practice is well-equipped with modern veterinary facilities including:
- In-house laboratory
- ECG
- Endoscope
- Ultrasound
- Digital X-ray
