A thriving, purpose-built and RCVS-accredited independent veterinary practice in West Lancashire is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and close-knit team. The Role
The successful candidate will be a capable all-rounder with strong surgical skills and a passion for consulting. They will be confident in routine procedures and decision-making, without requiring close supervision.

- Conducting consultations with professionalism and empathy
- Working confidently in sole charge when required

- Digital X-ray with CR processing in a radiation-protected imaging suite

Candidate Requirements
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon (essential)
- Minimum experience required – confident working independently
- Comfortable with sole charge
- Strong surgical and consulting skills
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Compassionate, proactive, and team-oriented
- Must live within a 40-minute commute
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: £40,000 – £65,000 per year (depending on experience)
- 5 weeks holiday + bank holidays + birthday off
- £1,500 CPD allowance + 5 days CPD leave

Working Hours
- 4–5 day week
- Weekdays: 9:00am – 6:30pm
